The Ceremony

Your wedding ceremony is such a captive moment in time, you want it to be absolutely flawless. Each one is unique and we know how vital it is to have good timing to have the right songs played in perfect sync.

Our involvement in your ceremony begins with your reviewing of our Ceremony Information page found within the above-mentioned "Wedding Planner". 

Before your guests arrive, we set up a system out of the way in the area of the ceremony and usually provide soft background music as the guests are seating. We have the ceremonial music ready to play for the processional to begin. Once the DJ is given the cue we do our best to cue up your special songs with perfect timing.



















Cocktails / Photography Break

Once the ceremony is complete, we pack up that system and make our way to the cocktails and reception area(s) to get ready for the remainder of the evening. In our experience, you the couple are usually off with your photographer taking lots of fun photos during this time. 

We provide some background music and MC services while your guests mingle. The music selections can be custom built as per your input or instructions or you can let your DJ choose the right feeling music for the moment.  

The Grand Entrance

The grand entrance is a moment in time where you, the couple, get turned into rock stars! We plan a big, loud reception for you and your wedding party which all culminates in your "grand moment" of entry into your celebration that is literally all about you!

We plan music for your wedding party so they come in rocking it. For your grand entry we can plan simple music, or something more elaborate like temporary costumes and/or use of props. 


The Reception

During the dinner hours we can play a variety of musical styles from very elegant piano and jazz dinner music to more modern pop music or anything in between. This music is usually played at a low volume to allow for conversation among guests. 

Speeches

One of our favorite parts of every wedding is the speeches. We usually plan the speeches one of two ways; we can plan to have speeches ongoing between courses of dinner, or we can lump them all together after dinner, either before or after desert (if any). 

Wedding Games

Its all in the name "...and Entertainment". We have several fun and entertaining games that we could plan to play. Click here to see our games to choose from, or if you have a game of your own you would like us to include, by all means let's do it! 

The Dance Floor

When it's time to turn it on and turn it up, we are always ready to go! With a virtually endless music library, there is no party song or slow dance song we don't have - just ask us! We love to take requests. 

We try our best to read the crowd and get a feeling for what makes the majority of your guests move. We have many tricks, strategies and activities that get people on the dance floor and keep them there. Some of the best compliments to the DJ are when at the end of the night, guests are disappointed the night is over because they've been having so much fun.
